We make our products available worldwide, as long as customers reside in countries without commercial restriccions with the United States of America.

Neither pornographic, hatred nor racial or nationality discrimination content will be allowed on sites to be serviced by GraphicBiz Corp. or by its products. Likewise, any customer site offending USA laws, will be immediately deactivated.
GraphicBiz Corp. is not nor will be responsible for the content of any customer site nor is or will be liable for any damage the customer's site could cause to third parties or to the customer itself.

GraphicBiz may discontinue this product at anytime without prior notice. Upon product discontinuation customers sites will be served as long as its sites are in good stand with GraphicBiz.

Interchange of Information
GraphicBiz is an Internet company and we use its advantages at maximum.
All customer indications and requests, suggestions, correspondence, messaging, etc., about site content and such, including but not limiting graphic and text content, video and sound files, etc., must be sent to GraphicBiz electronically, either using our dedicated forms or using email. All these materials must be sent to our offices at customer expenses. In all cases, customer must follow GraphicBiz guidelines for electronic delivery.

Customers agree to pay GraphicBiz for its services. Otherwise, orders and services will be terminated without prior notice.

Connectivity
We include only one (1) domain name registration with this product. This registration is valid for one year, registered using a legal Domain Names Registrar of our choice.

Domain registration renewal after first year is customer responsibility, unless customer order this service from us separately, by written.

Customers are responsible for their Internet connection, usually provided by ISPs such as Earthlink. GraphicBiz Corp. does not provide Internet access.

Property
All materials ordered by the customer and provided by GraphicBiz Corp. are subject of legal treatment and GraphicBiz, upon customers payment, grants undefined and unlimited usage of this material, as long as it is used into the Internet. For any other use, please contact us.

All GraphicBiz's intellectual property remains property of GraphicBiz Corp.


- GraphicBiz Corp. may deactivate any customer account which purposedly contravenes any of these clauses at any time, without previous notice. Reactivation may be considered upon case study.

Clauses may be added, changed or eliminated altogether to this Terms & Conditions without previous notice. Current customers will receive 30-days prior notice if mayor changes occur.
